The need for tradespeople is on the rise and interest in these careers is on the decline. It’s weird. These jobs pay well, they’re available and they offer clear paths to promotion. To grow the workforce, we chose to appeal to Gen Z with hard facts about the cruel corporate world and the awesome upside of skilled labor. This fresh design and feisty language is giving them the nudge to ditch the dopey desk jobs and Trade Up.
